Your account carries both your personal login and your company details. Buyers and sellers see the company information on requests and orders, so it is worth completing early.

Go to Account settings and fill in your company name and your role. Sellers should treat this as required: buyers use it to decide whether to trade with you.

You can sign in with an email address and password, or with Google. If you registered with an email address you can connect Google later from Account settings, under Login and security, and then use either method.

Use Login and security to change your password. If you have forgotten it, use the forgotten password link on the sign in page and we will email you a reset link.

We email you when something happens that needs your attention: a quote arrives, an order is paid, or a listing needs action. These are transactional emails tied to your orders, so they cannot be switched off entirely.
